Your appointments are very important to us. We hold a reservation just for you. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and rescheduling or a cancellation may be necessary. This way, we will be able to adjust our schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. A charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged should adequate notice not be given.

This courtesy allows us to schedule another client from our waiting list and maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.  

  • Clients who No Show for an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Should you arrive 15 minutes or later into an appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this could result in a late cancellation fee.

  • New and existing clients may be asked to secure an appointment with a credit card.

  • As a courtesy, you will receive a text confirmation 72 hours, and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please call or text the salon at (585)690-4417 should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not respond to confirmation texts or confirmation emails as these reminders are not monitored. Please contact us if you are not currently receiving these reminders.
